Why me?
I've been where you are. Burnt out, broken, stuck, unsure where to turn. And I’ve come out the other side. More than once.
- Over 15 years of experience coaching people through real-life challenges
- Self-employed for 23 years across industries like tech, fashion, retail, and wellness
- Taught breathwork and psychology to global companies (Visa, Deloitte, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and more)
- Studied and practiced psychology extensively, including postgraduate research, and I'm a published author and researcher
- Lived it all: burnout, addiction, mental health collapse, homelessness, hospitalisation, loss, divorce, failure, and starting over (again and again)
- Also raising two boys, building community, leading workshops, being of service
- Trained with world-class mentors (Wim Hof, Patrick McKeown, Dan Brulé, Special Forces vets, and more)
I don’t coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, applied knowledge, and thousands of hours helping people reset, reframe and rebuild.
